Abendano, Gabrriel C., 41, of Tucson, passed away June 11, 1996. Survived by his wife, Colleen; sons, Adam, Aaron; step-daughter, Meghan; his parents, David and Juanita of Tucson; sister, Margaret; brothers, George and Daniel; niece, Tanya. 

Gabriel graduated from Catalina High School in 1972 joined the Army in 1973 was honorably discharged in 1977 with the rank of Sgt. He worked for the Pinal County Sheriff's Office and Maricopa County Sheriff's Department, Mesa Police Department and joined the Tucson Police Department in 1986.

Gabriel is preceded in death by his brothers, David in January of 1975 and Robert in March 1996.
